Fairmont Windsor Park Wedding Photographers – Iyesha and Amit.
As London-based wedding photographers, we always love returning to capture wedding photography at Fairmont Windsor Park. Iyesha and Amit chose the perfect location for their summer wedding in London.
We first met these two when we captured their London pre-wedding photoshoot in Holland Park. So, seeing them again felt like catching up with old friends.
Iyesha chose to wear a beautiful Nikita Gujral lehenga in traditional red that she bought at Bridal Trunk Boutique. It was silk with exquisite embroidery. Iyesha teamed it with stunning accessories from Red Dot Jewels. Her hair had been elegantly styled by Harpreet Hairstylist and her make-up was immaculate courtesy of make-up artist Tanya Mann. Iyesha looked so stunning and so comfortable, she really suited being a bride.
Amit chose an Anarkali-style sherwani in white that looked really smart. He bought it from Frontier Raas who specialise in luxury couture. The celebrations started with a fun barat that saw Amit and his family form a loud, colorful, and joyous procession across the red brick bridge that goes over the lake and up to the grand entrance of the hotel. It was the perfect match for our style of documentary wedding photography.
Experienced wedding videographers at Fairmont Windsor Park
The wedding ceremony was held in Fairmont Windsor Park’s beautiful Monarch Suite, there was a mirror walkway and an elephant archway thanks to luxury wedding planner Rohita Palba. The mandap was exquisitely decorated with fresh bright summer flowers thanks to mandap decorators Shagun weddings.
Music during the ceremony was courtesy of DJ Bajabeats who played a great selection of chill Bollywood songs that were really popular with the guests.
The ceremony was followed by an elegant drinks reception where guests enjoyed curated cocktails and were entertained by a magician. Whilst guests were happily catered for, we whisked Iyesha and Amit away for a few minutes for a mini photoshoot around the beautiful gardens and grounds of Fairmont Windsor Park. And we got some really romantic portrait images and film. Here take a look!
The wedding reception was held in Fairmont Windsor Park’s impressive Aurora Ballroom. It looked epic with light, sound, and production by Divine Musiq and décor by Peek A Boo Events.
Storytelling wedding photography and videography at Fairmont Windsor Park
Celebrations started with some amazing choreographed dances by Iyesha, Amit, and their wedding party. As soon as the group dances finished there was a rush to the dancefloor with all 275 guests up on their feet. The DJ played a mix of Bhangra, Bollywood, and English songs. One of the best things about being experienced Sikh wedding photographers and videographers is the dancefloor. And we always bravely take our lives into our own hands and get stuck in to capture amazing images and film. Here, take a look!
Food was an important part of the day for Iyesha and Amit, so they arranged for award-winning caterers Ragasaan to cater for their day. Everybody had enjoyed a brunch prior to the ceremony that consisted of both South and North Indian foods. For the evening reception, there were an array of North Indian canapes, starters, mains, and desserts. The food was very popular with the guests, and us too!
As soon as the speeches and food were done, everybody was back on the dancefloor, and the image of Iyesha and Amit dancing with their loved ones, felt like the perfect image to close the story of their amazing wedding day.
A beautiful wedding ceremony followed by an epic wedding celebration for a lovely couple at a fantastic London wedding venue. Congratulations to Iyesha and Amit for getting married and creating such an amazing day for yourselves, your family, and your friends to remember.
