The iconic domed Italianate villa-style Centre Hall provides the most remarkable space for a wedding ceremony. Breathtakingly stunning, the dome is the centre-piece of Hedsor Hall and makes a simply awesome backdrop for a seriously photogenic wedding ceremony.
If you’re looking for a traditional ceremony there’s the pretty St Nicholas of Hedsor church on site. When we return to do wedding photography and videography at Hedsor House, we love capturing the wedding party taking the short walk from the House to the church along the Alexander path driveway. It’s always a really special part of the day.
Asian Wedding Photography at Hedsor House
Hedsor Hall is also a renowned luxury Asian wedding venue and can accommodate up to 800 guests by erecting a luxury marquee in the grounds. Whether you’re having a Mehndi, Sangeet or Nika ceremony everything can happen in one place. Drinks receptions can be held indoors or out depending on the weather. Inside the drawing room and boudoir are perfect for this. Their elegant period features such as intricate plasterwork, chandeliered ceilings and period fireplaces along with their opulent and sumptuous interiors make them the perfect location for elegant drinks receptions. In good weather, you can open the beautiful feature ceiling-to-floor doors and step out onto the perfectly manicured South lawns overlooking the Thames. The perfect place to get some amazing images of the wedding party as well as some candid images of guests enjoying drinks and soaking up their beautiful surroundings.
Storytelling wedding photography at Hedsor House
For wedding breakfasts Hedsor House newly refurbished oak-panelled Ballroom is ideal. With a row of crystal chandeliers along the ceiling, wood panelling down one side of the room and ceiling-to-floor period windows down the other - it really is an impressive room. And when all dressed for an elegant wedding breakfast looks absolutely stunning.
When it comes to evening wedding celebrations your wedding couldn’t be in safer hands. Music producer Mark Ronson famously held his birthday party at Hedsor House. The Centre Hall with its iconic dome is magically lit after dark to accentuate the splendour of the room and the star-studded dancefloor below. After a dance, seek out relaxation and refuelling with a cocktail in the utterly glamorous Willingdon Bar or enjoy exclusive use by taking yourself off to explore the stunning house. Add to that live music, fireworks, tasty street food or a fun photo booth (who doesn’t love a photo booth) and you have everything you need for an epic wedding celebration that your guests will still be talking about years later.
One of the most elegant wedding venues in the UK - Hedsor House
If you’re lucky enough to be heading to Hedsor House any time soon for a wedding, or a wedding fair, you’re in for a real treat. As Hedsor House Wedding Videographers and Photographers, we have worked in every exclusive wedding venue in Greater London and we can honestly say nowhere is quite like Hedsor.
The high ceilings, open rooms, and expansive grounds make it a dream to photograph and film in. The light in the bridal suite (the largest and most luxurious bridal suite in Europe!) is perfect for photos and film as there’s room for the entire wedding party, the hairstylist, the make-up artists, and us. The most unobtrusive wedding photographers and videographers in London!
Our favourite time of day at weddings is known in our industry as ‘the golden hour. This is about an hour before sunset when the sun is at its lowest creating a romantic soft focus. At a wedding, it’s a time when the formalities of the ceremony and the speeches are over and brides, grooms, and their guests are at their most relaxed. At Hedsor House, the golden hour is best displayed in the sunset over the meadow. When we capture wedding photography and wedding videography at Hedsor House, we whisk our couples to the meadow to get the most romantic images. Our Hedsor House couples always say that the images we get in that moment are amongst their favourites of the day.
Recommended Hedsor House Wedding Photographers and Videographers
We just love it when we get to return to Hedsor House which is something we get to do frequently as we are listed as one of their trusted and preferred suppliers. A list we are very proud to be on. If you’re looking at having your wedding at Hedsor House, I would definitely take a look at that extensive list as it covers everything from florists and fireworks to catering and cakes to toastmasters and transport. Using suppliers that know your venue and already have a good working relationship with them is always a great idea.
Living in West London, Hedsor House is just a short 15-minute drive for us yet feels like a world away from the city. Transporting us not just to a different location but to what feels like a different time as well. And reminding us that being London wedding photographers and videographers is without a doubt - the best job in the world.

LUXURY WEDDING AT HEDSOR HOUSE
Harriette and Stephen went all out for their luxury wedding at Hedsor House. Their beautiful wedding ceremony was held in the Grand Hall on a small circular stage that allowed their guests to sit around them in a circle, giving the ceremony a wonderfully intimate vibe.
As their guests enjoyed a drinks reception, we quickly whisked Harriette and Stephen away for a few minutes for a mini photoshoot around the spectacular gardens and grounds of Hedsor House. These two were such a photogenic pair that the images we got looked more like a styled shoot for a high-end bridal magazine.
The wedding breakfast was held in the atmospheric oak-panelled ballroom that had been dressed beautifully. Evening celebrations were epic and included a traditional Tora dance with the men dancing around Harriette and Stephen on the dancefloor. I caught the image from the balcony above and it was one of my favourites of the day.
Celebrations culminated in a fantastic fireworks display which made for the perfect image to close the story of Harriette and Stephen’s luxury wedding at Hedsor House.
Seriously, I cannot stop watching the films and staring at the images, each one is a work of art! I cry every single time, crying again!
WINTER WEDDING AT HEDSOR HOUSE
Katie and Stefan chose a winter wedding a Hedsor House and went for all out elegance. Traditional black tie for the men, all-out old-school glamour for Katie and white, white and more white for the colour scheme.
And things certainly got off to a sleek and stylish start with Stefan arriving, dressed in full black tie, in a helicopter. It’s not every venue that can organise a helicopter for you, but that’s Hedsor House for you, literally nothing is off limits with these guys.
Katie wasn’t going to be upstaged and made her own dramatic entrance to her ceremony down by descending down the staircase into the Main Hall for the wedding ceremony.
Winter wedding photography at Hedsor House are always amazing as the sun is often gorgeously low, creating a romantic soft haze of light that is perfect for romantic portrait images.
We then headed back to the house and got some really stylish images of the wedding party at the front of the house next to the most amazing display of balloons.
The white LED dancefloor and ambient pink/purple lighting created the perfect mood and we captured some really great images of Katie and Stefan’s first dance. Not that they were on the dancefloor alone for long. Their guests were really up for a party and there was a live band to make sure they got one. We braved the dancefloor to capture all the fun!
We quickly realised how lucky we were having these guys capturing the most special moments in such a beautiful way!
FEATIVAL STYLE WEDDING AT HEDSOR HOUSE
As soon as they got engaged Homun and David knew they wanted dodgems at their wedding. So looked into it and decided they’d have all the fun of the fair and hire dodgems, a carousel, a rodeo bull, a test of strength machine, shoot the duck and a coconut shy. So, what started out as one ride soon turned into a full carnival theme.
On the day we got there early and caught up with Homun in the luxurious bridal suite to get those all-important preparation images. And boy was there a lot of preparing for Homun as she had to wear three dresses in one day. First, she dressed in a traditional Chinese silk dress for her tea ceremony, she then changed into a more western style dress for the ceremony in Hedsor’s majestic centre hall.
We must mention David who looked very smart in a white tuxedo and burgundy tie, a look he chose from the wedding scene in his favourite film Scarface.
Homun’s third dress of the day matched her bridesmaids and was the same as theirs but in white. Homun said she wanted to be one of the girls, and this dress was the best of the three dresses for playing in. And with the carnival literally delivered to Hedsor’s beautiful lawns, Homun, David and their guests carried on playing until long after the sun went down!
Ash and Mick were amazing! All of it felt like we were in the hands of true professionals. We didn’t want a typical wedding photographer and videographer and we got that!
ASIAN WEDDING AT HEDSOR HOUSE
Roshni and Daniel chose the Hedsor House early on in their wedding planning and went to visit it with Roshni’s father who sadly died shortly afterwards. They chose the wedding day of 8th March which would have been his 58th birthday. So, the venue and the date were a lovely way of including him in their special day.
On the day we got there early to catch up with Roshni who was getting ready in Hedsor House’s spectacular bridal suite. It meant a lot to Roshni to have her nearest and dearest by her side as she made her preparations for the day. And we got some amazing wedding photos and film of those all important bridal preparations.
Roshni looked amazing in her navy burgundy and gold dress and Daniel went for a modern regal vibe. The pair of them looked amazing and with exclusive they and their guests were able to roam freely around the venue and its grounds.
"We would recommend using MIKI Studio’s 1,000,000%! We had so much fun. Mick and Ash are super professional but friendly and fun. They felt like guests at our wedding and captured all the perfect moments without being in the way. They were right in the action, without distracting us or feeling like someone was over our shoulder"
SAME-SEX WEDDING AT HEDSOR HOUSE
Tom and Warren’s same sex wedding at Hedsor House was just gorgeous as it had a wonderful winter wonderland theme.
On the day we caught up with Tom who was getting ready in Hedsor House’s spectacular bridal suite. Tom looked fantastic in a white custom designed suit. He and his bridesmaids descended the ornate staircase ready for Tom to make his entrance into the ceremony in the stately yet intimate Centre Hall.
Warren looked equally smart in traditional black tie, the lining of which matched the material of Tom’s suit. The Centre Hall had been tastefully decorated with elegant candles and naked trees. It was so romantic and atmospheric.
The ceremony was conducted by registrar Jenny Knight. Who had been really helpful to Tom and Warren in the planning of the wedding and was really helpful on the day as well.
After a lovely and personal ceremony everybody enjoyed a drinks reception outside and I got the chance to get some great images of Tom, Warren and their guests just mingling.
The wedding reception was held in Hedsor Hall’s magnificent ballroom. The ballroom had been dressed beautifully in a winter wonderland theme and food was provided by caterers Caper and Berry.
The evening party was held in the centre hall and the lighting team had arranged for snowflakes to be projected onto the hall’s distinctive domed ceiling. It looked great. The evening started with a romantic first dance and the DJ was on hand to make sure the dancefloor stayed full all evening. Not that this lot needed much coaxing. Tom and Warren’s family and friends were really up for a party.
"It's very difficult to work out how they managed to capture some of these. Then you realise it's a fantastic combination of their talent, experience, and attention to detail. Thank you for everything - it means the world to us"
MIKI Studios are the best wedding photographer and Videographer in the market without a doubt. From the very beginning they were attentive, caring and it was clear they had a huge passion for detail. On the day it was like having two extra gusts as they fit in so well, and even to this day (nearly a year later) they continue to make us feel loved and appreciated. Every picture captured true emotion and fun exactly what we wanted, and the video is a dream.
These guys are worth every penny. Listened to what we wanted, which was to capture moments of real love and laughter. They built a fantastic rapport, put us at ease and went the extra mile to capture our whole wedding and all the special moments. Our guests loved them, they fitted in so well on the day but did not interrupt the flow of the wedding. Clearly extremely talented and so passionate about what they do. We had complete confidence on the day as we knew they would be fantastic.
Considering my husband was totally against a wedding film, upon meeting Mick and Ash, he very quickly changed his mind. MIKI Studios cleverly combined both of our wedding days into a work of art, focusing on what made our day so special and allowing for all of the emotions to come flooding back - we cry, laugh and smile every time we view our photos and film!
