Vikash and Sapna had a beautiful wedding at Froyle Park, As a Hampshire wedding photographer, we love Froyle Park and always see a different side of the venue every time we visit. I loved these two as a couple managed to fuse the best of both Indian and western cultures into their wedding. They’re a cool down to earth pair and I think first and foremost on their minds was definitely creating a really relaxed vibe so that their guests and themselves could really enjoy the day. They more than easily managed to do this but at the same time still honouring all that Asian culture holds dear with little nods and touches here and there. It definitely had a unique vibe it was hard not to feel a part of it all. Also, it was in the middle of Spring and the Cherry Blossom was in full bloom and yes we made the most of it. When we first met they had said they would love to get a photo by the swing near the tree but nothing prepared me for how gorgeous the tree looked in full bloom.
However, it was such an “in and out day” it was all about waiting for the right moment when the sun would come and the light was perfect. Fortunately, that happened and it was such a short window. Even more fortunate then that I have such amazing couples who trust me when I say “…we need to run…” and are prepared to do so. But I’ll think you’ll agree it was worth it. Wedding venues can be like buses – you wait and wait and then two come along at once! This was my first time there but I’ll coincidentally be back again later in September, but I know it’ll be a different vibe and scene and that’s what makes wedding photography so exciting and unique. Every couple is different and it’s when they allow their personalities and what’s important to them to help influence the vibe of the day that you get to be a part of special days such as this. Congratulations Vikash and Sapna thanks for trusting us to be a part of your amazing day and do our thing.
You guys ROCK! Here are some highlights from the day….
