As busy London wedding photographers and videographers, we always love a road trip, especially when it’s to capture wedding photography at Dorfold Hall. Rachel and Ryan chose the perfect location for their Spring wedding in Cheshire.
On the day, we caught up with Rachel and her bridal party getting ready in Dorfold Hall’s beautiful bridal suite. We absolutely loved Rachael’s stunning Andi Gown dress that she bought at Hailey Page bridal. It was breathtaking and Rachael looked so comfortable in it. She really suited being a bride.
Rachael was in the capable hands of Vicky M hairstylist and make-up artist Maxine Smith and had her bridal party on hand to help her with any last-minute arrangements.
Ryan and his groom’s party looked very smart in Moss Bros Suits.
After a beautiful wedding ceremony and elegant drinks reception, the wedding breakfast took place inside L’Ecurie, the beautiful bespoke wedding space that has been newly imagined in recent years into a stunning wedding space. It was dressed exquisitely, we loved the indoor trees and the white table cloths with elegant green and white foliage. Classically elegant with a playful hint of wonder.
The day flowed so perfectly thanks to the expertise of wedding coordinator Ceri, who was on hand all day making sure Rachael and Ryan getting hitched went off without any hitches. Catering on the day was provided by the very clever team at Samuel James Events and was delicious.
After dinner, we made the most of the late low sunshine and quickly whisked Rachael and Ryan outside for a quick photoshoot. The romantic images we got of them walking by the lake with the sun shining through the trees and reflecting off the lake were just amazing and amongst our favourites of the day.
Evening entertainment did not disappoint with fantastic wedding band Hipsters, a fun photo booth (who doesn’t love a photo booth!) and a bride and groom cocktail list (something we understand Rachael and Ryan kept as a keepsake and now choose from for Friday teatime drinks. What a tradition to start married life. Love it!
Rachael and Ryan may have had to wait to get their wedding but boy was it worth the wait. Classic, elegant and tons of fun. Congratulations guys and thanks for having us there. We loved it! We’ll leave the last words to Rachael and Ryan, here’s what they had to say about working with us.

The whole wedding party will be around our house for the premier night – an excuse for me to put my dress back on!”
