Samlesbury Hall Wedding Lancashire – Stephanie & Stefan

Stephanie & Stefan had their wedding at the historic Samlesbury Hall in Lancanshire on a beautiful Autumn day in October.  When we first spoke Stephanie had said they were hoping the outdoor colours would ‘come out’ and they definitely did.  Speaking of the outdoors, Stefan or ‘goat’ as he’s known (check the beard) is a bit of an outdoor sports fanatic, be it running, cycling, climbing running, you name it….he’s probably done it. (Their honeymoon by the way was a amazing cycling holiday!) In fact his friends say he lives in shorts.  Their wedding day was probably the first time most of his friends had ever seen him in trousers….he’d ripped them by the end of the night doing a slide across the dance floor! He looked dapper on the day mind, with him and his Dad wearing complimentary floral print shirts!  Stephanie looked gorgeous in her wedding dress with all it’s intricate detail and so together they made an awesome but unique looking couple.  Which was kind of like their day – awesome and unique, in a historic setting but with a relaxed vibe, elegant decorations but with an outdoors feel.  It was definitely an amazing day and to top it off at the end of the night people got on the dance floor to the sounds of a fantastic 50’s covers band “Doug Perkins & The Spectaculars”.  Congratulations Stephanie and Stefan and thanks for allowing me to be part of your day, I really did enjoy this trip up to Lancashire….here’s some from their day….enjoy…
