We love shooting Gosfield Hall wedding photography and we love, love, loved shooting Gosfield Hall Wedding videography!! We were there again to capture Jade and Jamie’s amazing wedding there recently. We’ll get back to why we get excited about shooting Gosfield Hall wedding photography and film in a minute. Let’s start at the beginning of Jade and Jamie’s day.
Though we ought to say at this point that we met these two long before the day when we did a really fun engagement shoot in London shortly after Jamie’s romantic proposal in Prague. It’s great when we get to work with couples before the big day as they’re used to being photographed by us and by the time the wedding day comes around it feels like catching up with friends!
Jade looked stunning in her St Patrick dress with lace and beaded detail, low back, mermaid tail and long train. It was the perfect wedding dress as it created the most beautiful silhouette in all of our images of Jade. Jade absolutely loved her dress and it showed. She beamed all day!
The ceremony was held at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Collier Row, which was lovely as it is the parish that Jade grew up in so is obviously very dear to her heart. The bridesmaids were in bright pink with silver accents which perfectly complimented the groomsmen who were in blue.
After a beautiful ceremony, everybody headed to Gosfield Hall for the reception. Jade and Jamie arriving in style in a beautiful 1930’s ivory vintage car.
Now we get to talk a little about why we get excited about shooting Gosfield Hall wedding photography! Imagine a stunning Georgian mansion set in 10 acres of manicured grounds and parkland. In fact, you don’t have to imagine just take a look at our images. Gosfield Hall has a ballroom, reception rooms and a fantastic bridal suite. Built-in 1545 it is rich in history with lots of beautiful features which makes it the most fantastic setting both inside and out.
On arrival Jade, Jamie and their guests enjoyed a drinks reception in the beautiful courtyard garden and we took our chance to get some great relaxed shots of Jade, Jamie and their guests before heading into Gosfield Hall’s epic chandeliered ballroom for the reception.
There were so many gorgeous moments in this wedding that it’s hard to pick a favourite though for us it has been the stunning image of Jade and Jamie set against the beautiful early evening sunshine. Take a look!
