Devonshire Terrace Wedding – Esther & Ashley

Devonshire Terrace Wedding Photos-7

Heritage it’s an important word, it defines where we’ve come from and can shape where we’re going.  Esther has a fantastic heritage, her mum and dad are second generation missionaries in Africa who when Esther was only 6months old along with her sister adopted them both.  Ashley also has fantastic heritage so when they had their Devonshire Terrace Wedding it wasn’t just a celebration of two lives coming together but two families as well.  Which was celebrated throughout the ceremony with all their family taking part including Esther’s uncle who conducted the service! Esther & Ashley are a very stylish pair and met online as gamers way back when before the whole online gaming thing took off so they were trendsetters even then.  They also designed their reception decor which had an oriental theme in a nod to their honeymoon complete with hand painted light shades in the form of  oil painted Japanese umbrellas.  It was a fantastic day rounded off with some emotional speeches, a yummy homemade cake table and then on to some dancing.  Congratulations Esther & Ashely thanks for allowing me to be part of your day, and special thanks also to Nina and the gang at DT who always make me feel so at home…’s some from the day…

Awesome stuff Mick, great spot with the reflection of the Gherkin. I don’t normally really like group shots but that one of the wedding party is ace. Fantastic.
