This is definitely how it felt on the day. We had the opportunity to meet Mick & Ash for a pre-wedding photo shoot beforehand which definitely made the wedding day feel like seeing old friends. We genuinely enjoyed the time spent with them on the day. They made us laugh and feel very comfortable. Lots of our guests commented on how great they were. Agata Julia. \u00a0 She had a real look of old-fashioned Hollywood glamour.\u00a0 Her two maids of honour and bridesmaids looked elegant in a combination of teal and navy blue dresses.Experienced Castell d\u2019Emporda wedding photographers and videographersElliot and his grooms’ party looked very smart in light beige three-piece suits with pale blue ties.\u00a0 And a friend of his expertly took on the role of Matador of ceremonies. (I don\u2019t think we\u2019re ever going to call the role Master of ceremonies again!)\u00a0<The wedding ceremony was held outside in the Olive Grove and officiated by one of Ashley and Elliot\u2019s friends.\u00a0 Their florist Pepe Von Strude<, created a Chuppah based on an image that Ashley and Elliot had sent him and it was perfect.These guys added lots of personal touches to their ceremony like writing their own vows, and having Elliot\u2019s mum and Ashley\u2019s maid of honour both do a reading.\u00a0 And having Elliot\u2019s dad and Ashley\u2019s sister presenting the rings.\u00a0 Ashley and Elliot were keen to involve their loved ones in their wedding, and giving significant members of the wedding party a role to fulfil really made it all the more special.And, as if the emotions weren\u2019t running high enough, some guests of Ashley and Elliot gifted them a local string quartet to play in their ceremony which really added to the emotion of the day.Storytelling wedding videography at Castell d\u2019EmpordaAfter the ceremony, there was a delightful surprise as eight-piece New Orleans-style brass band Brass Funkeys walked delighted guests in a procession to the drinks and canapes reception which was held overlooking the Pyrenees.\u00a0 They proved to be so popular that there were cries for an encore before dinner!Talking of food, the food provided by the in-house chefs at Castell d\u2019Emporda was outstanding.\u00a0 And not just on the day of the wedding but for the entire stay. \u00a0 The wedding meal was held under a beautiful pergola with tables dressed exquisitely.The wedding reception started with Israeli Dancing.\u00a0 We are used to capturing Jewish weddings, so without hesitation, we too hit the dancefloor, to capture some amazing images and footage.After the first course, there was another round of dancing and so it went on.
