Nat & Paul had an Aston Hall Wedding, but if you know Nat & Paul then you’d know that nothing about their wedding was going to be what ‘you have to do’ but rather a reflection of ‘what is us’ and that’s exactly how it should be. Nat wore a gorgeous gold detailed non-tradtional wedding dress, complete with veil. They also opted to have a ‘first look’ where the bride and groom see each other before the ceremony and it was emotional. They then went off in a vintage VW car they’d hired for the day to have a quiet drink together and then met their guests outside the Hall. If you think that seeing each other and their guests before hand would somehow dampen the emotion of the ceremony you’d be mistaken and the whole thing was rounded off by Paul’s brother (cue: beard envy) rendering a song that everybody joined in on. It was then off to the Drop Forge in Birmingham for the reception and the night was rounded off with Paul’s band playing for the guests, with Paul himself on drums! It was a fabulous day and I’m sooo thankful I got to be a part of it and for them allowing me to do ‘my thing’. Congratulations Nat & Paul….here’s some from their day….
