Anthony & Liz had their wedding at the Raddison Bloomsbury and I’d been looking forward to this one ever since we’d met for their pre-wedding shoot at Holland Park Engagement last year.  They are one passionate, grounded and in love young couple, both coming from vibrant, expressive, passionate and family-orientated cultures: Anthony from his Greek roots and Liz from her South American background.  This meant that this was always going to be one heck of a PARTY – and it didn’t disappoint!!! From the get-go the day kicked off with Anthony getting ready in a traditional Greek groom ceremony where family and friends take it in turns to shave and dress him.  At the same time, Liz was getting ready a floor below culminating in some emotional scenes as her mum helped her put the dress on.  Then came a very spiritual ceremony followed by the reception, some emotional and hilarious speeches and then the dancing…..this wasn’t your ordinary wedding dance floor this was hot heaving and passionately get down on the floor stuff, even if you couldn’t dance you’d have wanted to anyway!!! I always love London weddings especially in the centre as you have some amazing venues surrounded by the hustle and bustle of people moving around one of the best city’s in the world and so tried to capture some of that in the portraits. Here are some highlights from the day, congratulations Anthony and Liz you guys GROOVE big-time!!!…..
