Mythe Barn Wedding Photography and Film – Amy and Tom’s wedding at Mythe Barn, Leicestershire 

We loved returning to shoot Mythe Barn wedding photography and film for Amy and Tom’s wedding. As we are primarily London Wedding Photographers and Videographers, Mythe Barn is considerably different than most London venues an idyllic wedding venue nestled in acres of beautiful Leicestershire countryside. A series of beautiful oak-beamed barns surrounded by fabulous gardens it seamlessly blends old with modern and inside with outside space managing to pull off rustic charm and a clean contemporary look at the same time!

Mythe Barn also has the most fantastic light helping us to capture the best images and film of Amy and Tom and their guests which were especially handy as it rained on and off all day.

Amy looked incredible in her blush wedding dress by Hayley Page. The off the shoulder style and layered chiffon skirt gave her a romantic fairy-tale look.

The wedding ceremony was intimate and emotional. This was followed by a drinks reception, some funny and heartfelt speeches and a delicious wedding breakfast.

Is there any better way to celebrate than with a mariachi band? The Burrito boys serenaded Amy and Tom’s guests in the courtyard as they came out after the wedding breakfast. It was a really fun surprise and of course, everybody loved it! There was instant dancing, clapping and foot-stomping and it really got the evening celebrations off to a start and got Amy and Tom in the mood for their honeymoon in Mexico.

A fun, personal wedding full of love and laughter. We had such a great time. Working with couples like Amy and Tom and getting to be Mythe Barn wedding photographers and filmmakers is what our job is all about. Aren’t we lucky!

“It was great to have Mick and Ash with us on our special day. We felt comfortable and relaxed all day knowing that they were capturing each memorable moment for us. The way they interacted with our guests was fantastic and they felt like part of the family. We had a few little sneak peeks of our pictures on the day. This filled us with excitement for when we get all of our photographs back. We really can’t wait to relive our day through their hard work. The way Mick and Ash moved around us all day without us even noticing was incredible. His commitment to getting it right for us was special to see.
