Hartsfield Manor wedding photography
We had so much fun shooting wedding photography at Hartsfield Manor in Surrey for Shan and Tim.  Arriving at Hartsfield Manor you drive up a long driveway beneath towering oak trees and as you turn the final corner the epic Victorian stately home is revealed. As a Surrey wedding photographer Hartsfield Manor is so impressive and a real wow moment when you first set eyes on this top wedding venue.
Set in 19 acres of Surrey countryside Hartsfield Manor is stunning both inside and out. Â We were spoilt for choice when it came to fantastic backdrops when photographing Shan, Tim and their guests. Â
We got there early enough to catch up with Shan and take some shots of her getting ready in one of Hartsfield Manor’s suites.  Once ready Shan was walked by her father down the sweeping staircase of Hartsfield Manor and out to the beautiful courtyard garden for the outdoor ceremony.  Shan looked amazing.
After an emotional civil ceremony, there was a great confetti moment.  (Take a look at our image) before Shan, Tim and their guests all enjoyed a drinks reception in Hartsfield Manor’s gardens. Â
This was our chance to get some great informal shots of them all relaxing, having a drink and having fun. Â Oh, and ice-creams. Younger guests and some not quite so young guests got ice-cream! Shan and Tim thought of everything!
Then Shan quickly got changed into a traditional Chinese dress and everybody headed back inside for a traditional Chinese wedding tea ceremony.  In China serving tea to parents at your wedding shows respect and gratitude for all the years of love and care. It was lovely and a bit emotional and really added something personal to Shan and Tim’s day. As this was a fusion wedding, it was important to celebrate both cultures and traditions
The wedding meal was served and once everybody was happily fed (and watered) there were some great speeches.  The early evening sunshine got everybody back outside for a fun ‘throwing of the bouquet’ shot. Take a look. We just love Shan’s face in this image. Â
The evening started with the cutting of the wedding cake (with the best sign on a wedding cake we’ve ever seen.  Seriously, we loved it!) before the dancing began and believe us, this lot was up for a party.
We really enjoyed shooting Hartsfield Manor wedding photography for Shan and Tim.  An amazing wedding for this amazing pair. Congratulations to Shan and Tim for getting married and creating an awesome wedding day for yourselves and your loved ones to remember.  Thanks for having us there – we loved telling the story of your day!
