As full time professional Wedding Photographers and Videographers we have captured nearly 400 weddings, spoken at over 10 conferences and workshops, been asked by hundreds of people for help and advice, it's time to start MIKI Education! This isn't just for photographers, this isn't just for videographers, this is for any creative in any industry who wants to be the best version of themselves.
We are both super proud to have had a huge amount of success in both our personal and wedding photography and wedding videography careers. Winning many top gongs in both photo and film, shooting weddings all over the UK and many destinations weddings. Building and maintaining a six-figure turnover business.
If you know either of us you will know that we are both really passionate people that loves to help and support other people. It is because of this we wanted to move into education and mentoring others in both the art of photo and/or film but also how to run and manage a success business; we can cover anything from creating a brand to SEO for wedding photographers. we love sharing our knowledge with other creatives and small businesses. Or building passion from the ground up in those that are looking to take the plunge on a new business or boost their current business to a new level.Â
We have trained many photographers and videographers over the past few years through workshops, conferences (Elevate, Ninedots, Masters of Wedding Photography), public speaking, online courses or finally mentoring. Through all this, we have developed a skill and framework for educating others to build the best version of themselves as possible and seeing them exceed to their potential - this is where you come in!Â

The one thing we both have learnt from training, education and mentoring is that the truth can sometimes hurt. Being told you’re amazing and your website is spot on is awesome and makes you feel great about yourself but lets be honest. That’s not why you embark on mentoring or it will be a complete waste of money. Mentoring can be hard (just ask Ash), but you will learn so much about yourself, your style, your business and the areas you need to work on when someone outside your bubble starts to question why you do certain things in a certain way. From the outset, we won't hold anything back, why would we, we will give you access to everything we know and all our experiences to help you be the best version of you.
If it's not fun, it wont work
Let's get one thing straight. Training, education and mentoring can be boring if its done wrong. It can also lead to some pretty upsetting conversations. But.... The one thing it has to be fun or else it just won't work. We have seen many (many) photographers get bored with training or mentoring and just give up wasting a tonne of cash. We will ensure you will walk away with your spirits high, your enthusiasm raring to go, your confidence pumped up and your inhibitions blown away. If you know either of us you will know that we are both grounded, we are both humble and we both live life to the max and we want to ensure you do the same because there is no point forking our a tonne of money if you’re not enjoying the process!
Being a seasoned photographer, I honestly wasn't sure how much I'd get out of Mick and Ash's talk. But I found myself with heaps of helpful advice that I could immediately apply to my business.
