padding-bottom:66.6%; height:0; overflow:hidden; margin: auto; max-width:100%} .ss-embed-container-AAHPGj iframe {position:absolute; top:0;left:0; width:100%!important; height:100%!important;} Ascona Hotel Eden Roc Wedding Photographer \u2013 Gemma and Kevin\u2019sAs seasoned destination wedding photographers, we were thrilled to be booked to photograph and film Gemma and Kevin\u2019s wedding in Ascona, Switzerland.\u00a0 Ascona is a town in southern Switzerland known for its Mediterranean-style architecture and caf\u00e9-lined promenade on Lake Maggiore.\u00a0 Its beauty has long made it a magnet for artists, writers and cosmopolitans looking to take inspiration from the beautiful landscape of lakes and mountains.\u00a0 Gemma and Kevin couldn\u2019t have chosen a more beautiful location for their wedding. \u00a0Kevin is Swiss and Gemma is British, and they chose Hotel Eden Roc as the venue for their wedding.\u00a0 Gemma\u2019s family has a connection with the venue as her family has been going to the hotel for four generations and she\u2019d always dreamed of getting married there. \u00a0For destination wedding photography we like to travel out with the wedding party a few days earlier so that everybody can get used to us.\u00a0 We used our time wisely by having a pre-wedding shoot with Gemma and Kevin a couple of days before the wedding.\u00a0 This gave them a chance to get used to us photographing and filming them and for us to give them advice on how to relax in front of the camera.Multi-award-winning Hotel Eden Roc is a five-star luxury hotel located on the shores of Lake Maggiore that boasts a 2-star Michelin restaurant.\u00a0 Their staff were just incredible.\u00a0 Nothing was ever too much trouble for Gemma, Kevin, their guests or us.\u00a0 \u00a0Experienced Ascona wedding photographer and videographerGemma looked amazing in a stunning bridal gown by her favourite Israeli designer Lihi Hod.\u00a0 Her wedding planner Lucy Bunkell sourced an amazing hairstylist in Larrissa Caggiona and make-up artist Fabio Sarra finished Gemma\u2019s look. \u00a0 Gemma looked like she\u2019d just stepped out of the pages of a high-end bridal magazine.\u00a0 Here, take a look!\u00a0Kevin looked very smart in a traditional black tie from Tailor’s Project. \u00a0The wedding ceremony took place on the pontile by the shores of the lake with spectacular views of the serene mountains.\u00a0 A chuppah was erected and decorated with exquisite flowers in soft pinks, whites and blues that Gemma\u2019s mother chose and created by florist Fiore Allocchiello from Italy. \u00a0The traditional Jewish ceremony was a joy to capture and included Kevin stamping on a cloth-covered glass to represent the fragility of life and to serve as a reminder to Gemma and Kevin to make the most of every day together.\u00a0 As wedding photographers, we\u2019re very experienced at photographing and filming Jewish weddings and find they really suit our documentary style of wedding photography. \u00a0After the ceremony, as guests enjoyed a drinks reception.\u00a0 Gemma and Kevin took a speed boat trip on the serene lake and we captured some truly gorgeous images.\u00a0 Here, take a look!\u00a0Beautiful storytelling wedding photography in AsconaGemma and Kevin returned to join their guests and everybody headed inside for the wedding breakfast which Gemma and Kevin had discussed with the hotel’s talented team of chefs who then created a bespoke wedding menu for them.\u00a0 The food was simply out of this world. \u00a0Then the party really started!\u00a0 Gemma and Kevin had booked Muzika an amazing wedding band who blended traditional Jewish wedding music with Gemma and Kevin\u2019s music tastes to create a bespoke playlist for the wedding party.\u00a0 And these guys were definitely up for a party.\u00a0 The dancefloor was full all night!\u00a0We had so much fun capturing Gemma and Kevin\u2019s stunning Ascona wedding at Hotel Eden Roc. \u00a0If you are looking for an Ascona wedding photographer or Wedding Videographer, please get in touch as we would love to hear from you.\u00a0Gemma & Kevin’s wedding gallery is now online!Get the password from the couple and view\/order images from their big day by clicking this link:View Gemma & Kevin’s wedding galleryAs a special thank\u2019s for being such awesome guests, there is a 50% off code on all prints.
